O’Neal is fully staffed to provide process chemical engineering, procurement and construction services. Our preferred project delivery method is EPC or EPCm, though we are flexible in our approach and will provide only those services that best suit our clients’ needs.

O’Neal’s Capital Appropriation Process is similar to many FEL-1, 2, 3 processes and provides an effective approach to developing scope, cost and schedule for complicated chemical processes.
